From the Nexus waypoint:

  1. Down

  6. You'll be in a glitchy zone.

  9. From here, you can either:
    1. Go Up while on the left edge of the screen, then use the "out-of-bounds" swapping trick to get the chest
    2. Go Up while standing on the fifth tile from the left
